Fatim is years old, is in the third year of secondary education at a high school in Ouahigouya, Burkina Faso, and is one of the brightest students in her school. Already before going to high school, in primary school, her eloquence was notable, to the point of being chosen to participate in oratory contests , where she always represented her school very worthily and won the first prizes in the competition. She is a student that teachers speak of with pride and her classmates speak of with respect. Her charisma has earned her the title of class leader. As such, she is responsible for representing her peers to the faculty and administration of her school. Fatim also has the duty to constantly set an example for the other students in her class and in the school. Her decisions matter to others. She is deprived of her maternal affection too soon, she has to go through the difficult period of adolescence alone and she has been facing great family responsibilities for years without neglecting her school responsibilities. Her school counselor is her source of inspiration because of her dedication to her work and her willingness to help others.
Fatim hopes to become a doctor in the future . She would like to do this work so she can serve people in need.
