Lost files after set disk to raid 1

Hi,
    I had a hard disk with files, but I had made mistake to set to raid 1 with a new hard disk before to take old files.

Is is possible recover old files. I've tried with some programs as EaseUS DataRecovery but without successes.

Could you advice me how to recover them?
