Hi, I have ran into this issue with my flash drive. I put BitLocker on the flash drive (brand name on topic), so that I do not get my data stolen, but I realized it did not work on Mac, so I went ahead and took it off. Two days later, my drive said it was write protected. I tried every means on the internet to get the write protection off but it is still there. BitLocker is no longer on it, but the write protection is still there. So I am assuming BitLocker improperly removed itself from the drive or maybe something else... because I need it for DJing and for school, as I lost my 64GB SanDisk flash drive? Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. References: www.cnet.com/forums/discussions/pny-metal-attache-is-write-protected/2d animation video
